How can you avoid having to pee on a road trip?

-I'm going on a 9 hr car ride tomm. with my parents and older sister to Florida and I'm always embarrassed/shy about having to be the one that stops everybody.Talk to your mom about it ahead of time. Explain to her that you feel bad being the one to ask for a bathroom stop and ask for her help. You could ask her to plan to make regular pit stops so everyone can stretch their legs and use the bathroom. It is recommended that anyone on a long road trip do that anyway for best safety, health, and enjoyment of the trip.
Don't drink too many liquids for at least 2 hours before you get in the car and don't drink to much in the car. This includes energy drinks especially as they can often make you have to pee more
Urination is normal. The kidneys clean the body of toxins. To reduce the need restrict drinking fluid before you leave and during the drive, but you can end up with a bladder infection if you don't go when you have to. Mother Nature is in control.
