I want to become a nursery nurse or a childminder, I do not have any relevent qualifications but...?

-Do have a years experience of working with children and babies. Does anyone know of the best advice line I could call in the UK to give me some information of how to get started and options? Or the best website I could go on to? Many thanks

BeckyFind the college thats nearest to where you are going to live and email them, they can help you with the course that fits your experience or your plans, such as day nursery, schools, special schools, child minder or even working with ill children in hospital. I dont know how old you are, but you could go and do some voluntary experience during the holidays at a child minders, day nursery or on play schemes, including play schemes for children with special needs to show how commited you are, or to get a bit more experience than other college applicants.
