What do i need for schreening kids for pre-school?

-On the 1st of march I have to sign my twins up for preschool for the fall. What type of info with I need to take? Do I need there dental records and doc records? Will they allow my daughter attend due to a bowl issue? Plz helpnormally will want basic details such as name, dob, home address etc

Ask what paperwork you need and if the children are require to be completely trained or if pull ups are ok for awhile if yor childs doctor states there is a prob. I don't know where you are, but in California, you will be required to show birth certificates and shot records.
