Help with this please, setting up and running a children's centre?

I want to set up a children's centre where i can offer children between the age of 1 to 14 different services.



I have a 15.000拢 budget, and i can borrow another 15.000拢 but i really need this to be sustainable,



I am also unsure of the services i should offer, i have already broken down the age groups



0-1 can have mummy & me classes

1-3 can have playgroups with other children of the same age range

3-4 can have playgroups or sports (soccer, t-ball,), take outings to the park

4-6 can have arts & crafts classes, sports, homework help, big brother/sister groups

6-8 can have arts & crafts, sports, homework help, groups

8-10 can have sports, homework help, (pre-teen) groups, mentor younger kids,

10-14 can have sports, homework help (or help others with homework), teen groups, mentor younger kids & teen chat.



How do i make this sustainable, my idea is to go to different business's in the local area and ask them if they could support this centre, similar to what the government are doing with their program, where business sponsor schools.



Another question is the issue of working with small children, what are the things that i need to be aware off, what checks shall i do.





i just want to do something for my community.each country and city has guidelines for the same. these can be downloaded or received from local education department
