Policies and procedures of the setting to promote children positive behaviour?

-child care level 2a good ol' spanking... j/k.



I usually tend to practice the reward method... only reward when a good behavior is done while ignoring the bad ones.



Or stick with a reward method but when child acts out make sure child understands why being punished and stick with a strict punishment... whether it be a time out chair or no snack.
