Which preschool will be the best option for my child..?

-my baby is of 2 year old now and I want a good preschool for her. I know one named 'TIM BAK TOO' which has a good big play area, lawn, outside surrounding etc.and it is quite settled but it is 3-4 km away from my house. And just 1km from my house new preschool named 'Brainworks' is starting now in this month.. which has a good name brand and newly construct house but it does not have much outside space or ground as such and not settled. like every thing like teachers staff will come in picture in the june only. well I am not worried about the fees, only thing is which one will be the best option..- I Think A Community College That Has A Daycare Would Be Best . I Work At Del Tech (Delaware Technical Community College) And They Have An Amazing Program. Lots Of Hands On Activities, What To Do And What Not To Do As Well As A Beautiful Playground And Amazing Lunch =)

Visit both when the time comes. Neither is very far away so both would be an option.
